The Central Oregon Wheelers have always believed there is more to a good bicycle ride than speed.

There is scenery.

There is companionship.

There is the satisfaction of reaching the top of a long climb with friends beside you.

And, apparently, there is the considerable aerodynamic advantage of being shaped like a Holstein.

COWS ride together. They stay together. And nobody gets dropped.

Although occasionally someone does stop to graze.

Important safety note: Helmets are required. Sunglasses are recommended. Cowbells remain a matter of personal choice.
